CEO, Founder & Professional Padel Coach
My life has always been connected to padel. As both a player and a coach, I have had the opportunity to experience this sport in different parts of the world — from Spain to Abu Dhabi and the United States — which has allowed me to gain valuable experience and to truly understand the importance of building bridges between clubs and coaches from different cultures.
I founded GlobeCoach® with a clear mission: to help coaches find international opportunities and to support clubs in accessing top-level professionals who can elevate their academies. I firmly believe that talent knows no borders and that padel is a powerful tool for growth, learning, and connection.

I hold a degree in Marketing and Business Analytics and have collaborated with over 20 brands, always striving to build a strong, distinctive positioning through 360° multichannel branding and the professional execution of complete Marketing strategies. I am also specialized in applying AI to business process automation.
